By accessing or using the carsage API and related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the API
You may use the carsage API in accordance with your plan, rate limits, and our documentation. You must keep your API keys confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the Services for illegal purposes, to violate any laws, or to abuse or overload our systems.
3. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing published on our website. You must provide accurate payment information. Usage-based fees are calculated per our pricing and billed as described in your plan. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the API, documentation, and our brand, are owned by carsage or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the API in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your applications and data.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or revenue arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the API ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
