How does pricing work?+
Every self-serve plan is a flat monthly Stripe subscription with a shared token budget. Lite endpoints cost 1 token; VIN Decode Full costs 5. Tokens do not expire. When the monthly allowance is used up, requests return 429 until the next billing period. There is no prepaid wallet and no per-request card charges.
Is there a free tier or card verification?+
No free trial and no separate card-verification step. Subscribe to a plan to unlock API keys and product endpoints, or stay without a subscription.
Do all plans include the same endpoints?+
Yes. Starter through Bulk unlock the same live /v1 endpoints. Tiers differ by monthly token allowance and rate limit.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Manage or cancel from the dashboard billing page (Stripe Customer Portal). Changes follow Stripe billing cycle rules.
Do you charge for invalid VINs?+
No. Only successful, valid requests consume tokens.
